Clothing Rental Policy

At The Loussine, we are delighted to offer a clothing rental service that allows you to enjoy exquisite fashion without the commitment of ownership. Please take a moment to review our rental policy for a seamless and enjoyable experience.

Rental Duration:

  • Our standard rental duration is 4 days.
  • Extensions may be available upon request, subject to availability.

Booking and Deposits:

  • To secure your rental, a deposit of 70£ of the rental fee is required at the time of booking.
  • The deposit will be refunded upon successful return of the rented item, minus any applicable charges.

Payment:

  • The remaining rental fee will be charged at the time of booking or before the item is shipped.

Returns:

  • Rental items must be returned on or before the agreed-upon return date.
  • Late returns may incur additional charges.

Condition:

  • Items must be returned in the same condition as received, with no stains, tears, or damage.
  • Normal wear and tear are acceptable, and we cover minor repairs.
  • Cleaning is included in the rental fee.

Cancellations and Refunds:

  • Cancellations made 48 hours before the rental start date will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made after 48 hours before the rental start date will receive a 70% refund.

Size and Fit:

  • We offer a range of sizes to cater to different body types.
  • We provide assistance to ensure the best fit based on measurements provided.
  • In the rare case of an ill-fitting item, please contact us for possible solutions.

Damages and Fees:

  • In the event of significant damage or loss, the deposit may be used to cover repair or replacement costs.
  • If the repair costs exceed the deposit, you will be billed for the additional amount.
  • If the item is not returned or is irreparably damaged, you will be charged the full retail value.

Late Fees:

  • A late fee of 20£ of the daily rental fee will be charged for each day the item is overdue.

Express Order prioritizes your piece in our production and fulfillment queue. Availability is limited and offered on select styles.

Ready stock

Our collections are primarily made to order, with limited ready stock held for select best-selling designs.

If you require next-day delivery, please contact us via email with your chosen style, and we will confirm availability.

Express shipping

Available worldwide. Delivery times and rates are calculated at checkout.

Order processing

Each piece is prepared with intention. During limited releases, processing times may be extended.

Delivery timeline

  • Express shipping: 2–5 business days
  • Standard shipping: 5–10 business days

Tracking details are sent once your order leaves our atelier.

International orders

We ship globally. Customs duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer

RETURNS

Custom pieces are created exclusively for you. Measurements are confirmed prior to production.

We select the highest-grade hides because the character of good leather underlines the quality of design, and it is the most important decision for the subsequent quality of our products, all our hardware are steel
